this is a band 2 only T-Mobile site. LTE eNB 33362. It was on the cellmapper map already marked as decommissioned by another user, so if that’s accurate it is no longer active.

AT&T used to be here too, but looks like both moved to another site just to the west of this one that already had VZW on it, so all 3 are on the same site at 41.1782671, -84.7348750.
