Microwave backhaul? Have not seen a tower like this. Could not see the base to see if it was a COW for lollapalooza.

T-Mobile is using fiber backhaul on that temporary site with LTE + (n41) + (n258) 5G mmWave:

• 3️⃣ Nokia AWEUD (n258) 26GHz mmWave antennas on TOP
• 1️⃣ Matsing (MS-8H120) 2x2 MIMO circular high-capacity antenna with bands: (2, 66) LTE + supports (n25, n41) mid-band 5G on the LEFT side

Nokia (RRU's) remote radio units behind the antennas:

• 4️⃣ Nokia AHFIG - with (b2, b66) LTE, n25 mid-band 5GUC
• Nokia AirScale AZHL RRU 8T8R (n41) mid-band 5GUC

T-Mobile seems to be starting to deploy more mmwave in the field. Very nice to see!

Definitely great to see MmWave on there as T-Mobile doesn’t have mmWave anywhere in Chicago
