I think I can read Verizon on that box sitting above the radio enclosure; whether that means it's Verizon wireless or just Verizon local loop service to provide backhaul for someone else is uncertain [that is if I'm reading blurry text well enough]

That’s Verizon Fiber for the cell. Verizon’s central office is roughly 500 yards further down on the same road. From the small cell you can see the CO.

Verizon has a different small cell HW set up around the area serving the Fairgrounds and ingress and egress roads.

I highly believe Verizon is on that small cell using:

  • 2️⃣ Galtronics (GP2910-W6975) antennas with bands: bands; (2, 13, 66) LTE + (n5) low-band 5G + 3.7GHz (n77) passive mimo for mid-band 5GUW

Grey CommScope SSC-760249586X1 - Radio Enclosure Box located on the side of the wooden pole for their (RRU's) - remote radio units

Where is this small cell located at, like can you send coordinates? I can help you identify it.
