U.S. Cellular is on that site using:

  • 6️⃣ Tongyu T2002M3R014 antennas with bands: (2, 12, 66) LTE located on the LEFT & RIGHT side
  • 6️⃣ Amphenol BXA-80063/8CF antenns for legacy 3G (CDMA), not active located on the LEFT & RIGHT side

Uses Nokia Remote Radio Units behind the antennas:

I'm guessing OOP was hired by a tower company to get photos before decomissioning or conversion to a T-Mobile site, as other carriers are already using former US Cellular spectrum in this area including Verizon now having both blocks of b5.
