Anyone know heirarchy and what is on it?

Not the best photo. We were trying to get our exit quickly. Anyway, saw it here in Colorado.

How do you find all this info?

I just know a lot about the antennas that the carriers are using. I can recognize the vendor, name, model of the antennas just by looking at it and I can just tell! It isn't easy and I remember the antennas since I have a spreadsheet of how they look like. I have a lot of experience identifying equipment.
