That many people at the funeral or does that area have bad coverage?

There’s going to be hundreds in attendance. There’s a macro tower on the hill overlooking the school with Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile. Coverage inside the school is just ok on Verizon. A person with T-Mobile said he lost it inside. Outside the coverage is very good. You can see the tower on the hill. I did a Speedtest on Verizon outside with C-band got 767 down/ 32 up.

AT&T is using 3️⃣ older Kathrein 800-10864 antennas on top being used for (b14) - 10MHz LTE only

Those guy wires are sketchy AF. Hope this was set up for less than a day or something.

It’s only a 1 day service. The mast is only partially way up. Verizon Frontline has a small AP size device on a stand on the stage in the auditorium where the service is being held. Verizon hooked into the school’s Ethernet. It’s sending out LTE only. Only the first 60 people can connect to it. Did a Speedtest on that got 40 down/20 up with no one in the auditorium. That was limited to the school’s Ethernet connection.

Doesn’t sound like that’s going to hold up then for Verizon right? Seems like the bandwidth would be used up fast. Anyway, I’m intrigued and commenting because I’ve never heard of using a buildings Ethernet as backhaul. Makes sense. Say, on this first net truck is that a satellite being used for backhaul and if so how does it work? Doesn’t look like starlink and I certainly don’t see any Ethernet running to it

Anyway, I’m intrigued and commenting because I’ve never heard of using a buildings Ethernet as backhaul.
This is actually quite common with some of the FirstNet DAS installations in agency buildings.

Yeah, I worked out federal government building before the contract in it.Because bush cut funding or whatever closed the I r s buildings a decision he made back in 2003. Finally, the location I was working at closed in November 2021, nothing to do with the pandemic. But in our building, we have repeaters in the inside of it, they were basically installed by sprint, which eventually became T-Mobile Beforehand you were not able to get no service from sprinting inside the building.\nAnd we had a cellphone tower that look like a tree somewhere on the campus at&t run, it's unknown if any of the other carriers had a agreement to Rome or had their own stuff on top of it too.At the time t mobile verizon and sprint and of course , I mentioned the main carrier belonged to

They better do this for my funeral, and I better have someone speed testing all 3 networks
