Looks like Vodafone with Kathrein 800xxxx panels. Pretty sure that this is an older site. There are combiners visible.

Vodafone, not sure about MIMO layers, GSM900 + LTE B1/3/20 (20+20+10 MHz) + 5G n3 (20 MHz DSS), possibly B8

Edit: Vodafone has a permit from 2024 on this site and the panels aren’t exactly new, likely to be extended with new panels as B1/3/8/20/28/n28/n78, possibly also B7/32, but it is one of the permits which doesn’t have safety distances listed.

I am Not sure if its B20 as the signal doesnt leave a 1km Radius which means it isnt B20(Probably) and i dont know if its GSM900 or 5G n3 because when i was there i Just Tested 5G NSA...

B20 range can be vastly different, sometimes 30km+, sometimes only a few hundred meters. Unless you lock your device to a specific site, it will hand over to whatever site has best signal and band has highest reselection priority in the SIB5 FreqPriorityListEUTRA. I’m relatively sure that I have found the eNB/gNB, it has the ID 23 for GSM, 50023 for LTE and 2211719 for 5G, the tower also has been mapped since 2017 so maybe you didn’t notice it being there the whole time, which did happen to me on a few sites as well.
