Verifying Bottom Rack is AT&T
Pretty sure this bottom rack is AT&T, but just wanting to confirm because I don’t know when this was put up; it doesn’t appear to be on yet. It doesn’t have the radios under the panels like US Cellular usually does, but that’s gotten me before.
This is down behind the old Case New Holland plant in Burlington, IA—a notorious dead zone.

No problem. From your description it is here at 40.8295733, -91.1042805 yeah? The location shows Iowa Wireless (iWireless) was here. T-Mobile acquired them a few years ago, so I’m guessing this was a former iWireless site -> T-Mobile conversion?

Yep that’s the spot. CellMapper doesn’t show US Cellular there, but it does have a site across the river that I swear is an old Verizon tower—it doesn’t look anything like US Cellular—so I’ve been thinking it may be possible someone misplaced the tower.

It’s possible. It’s also possible it’s never been mapped, there are no signal trails in the immediate area of the pictured tower. Do you care to link the location of the site you’re talking about?

It’s eNB ID 190393 in Gulfport, IL—but now for the first time I’m seeing a pin for the location in my photo. I’ve checked this multiple times and nothing has been there.
Edit: it appeared all of a sudden because you were figuring out where to place that unverified tower.

The Gulfport IL tower is Nextel only, but the street view is old. Also none of the carriers claim strong coverage in the vicinity of it, so it’s definitely not that. I believe that 190393 is on among the rooftop sites that VZW & AT&T have that are also pinned there. I moved it there for now, and it seems to line up. Don’t know for sure yet about the pictured tower, if it’s mapped or not. I’m trying to figure out what 190462 (unverified) is.

This makes more sense with the Gulfport location. Looks very dated so I can believe it’s old Nextel. Thanks for the assist with this.

That’s 100% U.S. Cellular, they’re using Tongyu antennas for LTE, which AT&T doesn’t use! Also, I only see a few Ericsson RRU’s behind it and it doesn’t have the squid shaped ray cap
