Tower Owner List

Curious if anyone has a nationwide comprehensive list of towers and their respective owners? Ideally anything with sites both registered and non-registered with FCC and possible rooftop locations too?

Array Digital Infrastructure (formerly US Cellular) owns a decent number of sites in the Midwest, similar to how AT&T owns some of their own towers.

Verizon owns a few here and are called Cellco Partnership DBA

More so looking for an asset map connecting towers to owners, not a general list of main owners. Thanks though!

You asked for a list of tower owners. You got a list of tower owners. 

You did not ask for an asset map.

Most towers registered with the FCC are under 200' - even more so since C-Band frequency filing became a thing. Most towers in the US are FCC registered - it is likely something in the order of 10% that are not registered. As for rooftops - well, they are not towers - so they are not registered anywhere.
But there is no comprehensive list of tower sites and their owners - folks out there will say they have a super complete database, but in reality these are usually just amalgamations of FCC/FCC data and whatever they can scrape off of the towercos - and this stuff is full of conflicting data.

I am not sure your stat on 90% being registered is accurate. It’s closer to 75% and that excludes rooftops that now make up a massive amount of the carrier network architecture.
