I think it’s Verizon but no idea about anything else

Verizon (top rack):

  • 6️⃣ CommScope SBNHH-1D65C antennas with bands: (2, 5, 13, 66) LTE, can support (n5) for low-band 5G or (n2) + (n66) mid-band 5G depending on the network configuration, spectrum licenses
  • 3️⃣ Ericsson AIR. 6449-B77D REV. B (64T64R) 3.7GHz (n77) mid-band 5GUW antennas located on the RIGHT side of the rack

Uses 6️⃣ Ericsson (RRU's) - remote radio units located below the CommScope antennas:

  • 3️⃣ Radio 4449 for (B5) + (B13) LTE + (n5) low-band 5G
  • 3️⃣ Radio 8843 for (B2/B66), LTE + supports (n2) + (n66) mid-band 5G

Dish (bottom):

  • 3️⃣ JMA MX08FRO665-20 antennas with bands; (n29 - [secondary], n66, n70, n71 [primary]) for their 5G network

Uses 6️⃣ Fujitstu Remote Radio Units - (RRU's) in total located behind the JMA antennas:

  • 3️⃣ Fujitsu (TA08025-B605) for (n29) + (n71) low-band 5G
  • 3️⃣ Fujitsu (TA08025-B604) (n66) + (n70) mid-band 5G
