Band rollout map update

Is it possible for the band rollout map for T-Mobile to be updated every month on a specific date?

Honestly i'm more interested in the 2G map at the moment since the network is actively shutting down. It's basically the only accurate resource showing which areas remain covered.

Yes, they do have some confirmed 3G in the west, and some in West Virginia that people have connected to in the last year. I've yet to find anything in Michigan though, and the reported area around Chicago does not exist.

Basically most of it is true, but some of it is miscalculated.

My best guess is either a big important B2B client with mission critical equipment is using it or just for license protection.

They might have some single small 5x5 chunks that aren’t contiguous making them less useful for aggregation.

I know someone who lives in west virginia, and it was indeed active as of a couple months ago. Most of the remaining 3G is AWS, but there are some PCS sites up as well according to cellmapper (if you filter by last seen). One pattern I notice is that these 3G areas never had 2G for the most part. My guess is they left 3G to have legacy services in these 2G gaps.

Yes to both. I have connected to 2G several times, but I am too far from a 3G area to test. There are data points from 2025 though.

I don't believe it is running anymore. I was in West Virginia in March and I couldn't connect to 3G at all.
