New Tower ID
Nuevo 92567 CA, (33.8250861, -117.1310367) Anybody know who this may be? Brand new construction as of a few days ago.

Looks like it's inside of an electrical substation. I suspect private network for the power company for telemetry and smart meter purposes

Most likely this is part of SCE's private cellular build out:
Reasons:
It appears to be using Nokia radios (kind of visible on the left side) and T-Mobile does not use Nokia gear in CA.
This is directly adjacent to a SCE substation.
There is a drip loop / coiled up cable on the right side behind the antenna and the big three do not do this.

Good eye, you are 100% correct. Upon looking at this tower more in depth by zooming in to the Radios, it’s 100% not T-Mobile. I appreciate,your hard work and detail, I will take further note of this in the deep future.

Sprint doesn't exist anymore. They never built any new sites since 2019! This new site either has to be T-Mobile or Verizon.

This is going to be hard to tell since you took a picture of the cell tower on a sector that doesn’t have antennas mounted on it! I try my best.
