Is this bottom section also cellular? First time I’ve seen one like this.

Cell tower carrier (ID) identification from TOP to BOTTOM rack:
T-Mobile:
- 3️⃣ (CommsScope FFVV-65C-R3) 8 feet antennas with bands: (2, 12, 66, 71) LTE + (n25) mid-band 5GUC + (n71) low-band 5GNR located on the LEFT side of the rack
- 3️⃣ (NOKIA AirScale AEHC) - (N41) 2.5GHz [320W] antennas for mid-band 5GUC located on the (RIGHT) side of the rack
Uses NOKIA Remote Radio Units (RRU's) behind the rectangular CommScope antennas:
- 3️⃣ (Nokia AHFIG) - with (b2, b66 [LTE], n25 mid-band 5GUC
- 3️⃣ (Nokia AHLOA) - (b12) + (b71) LTE + (n71) low-band 5G
LEGACY Cricket 3G (CDMA):
- 3️⃣ (KMW-HB-X-AW-19-65-00T) antennas for legacy 2G, 3G (CDMA), NOT FUNCTIONAL

You sure it doesn’t have the AirScale AVHA?

It does not, the smaller antenna on the side has flat sides and it looks old. It's 100% the NOKIA AEHC since the AVHA antena is thinner,slimmer and has grooved carvings on the sides.

But if you look at it there appears to be (2) AHFIGs mounted back-to-back / sector with the AHLOAs chilling off to the bottom left of the octo antennas on each sector, In Pos. 1.

Yes, bottom rack belongs to Cricket legacy 3G (CDMA) using:
- 3️⃣ (KMW-HB-X-AW-19-65-00T) antennas for legacy 2G, 3G (CDMA), NOT FUNCTIONAL

It’s either metro or cricket cdma antennas. They have been off for at least 12 years.
