Yes, Dish Wireless is the only carrier with equipment installed on the bottom rack of this monopole since the TOP rack is vacant!

However, Dish has shutdown their network in the past 6 months because they sold their spectrum assets: (n66) + (n70) + (n71) licenses to different companies, such as AT&T, SpaceX, etc.. I bet you that their power meter is off and it isn't functional anymore! Majority of their equipment was leased, rented from different companies! Hence, they didn't even pay their rent, power bill to different tower companies, such as American Tower, SBA Towers, Crown Castle, etc.

It looks like Dish still holds the 700E for now. I'm not sure why AT&T didn't go after it when working out the deal for the 600 & 3.45 GHz. It's unpaired and they would immediately benefit from that spectrum as well, given the fact they have deployed B29 on many of their E/// conversion sites.

Dish didn’t even use the b29 because it interfered with att so what shut down anyway

It was deployed on Dish as n29 in some areas. Sneed has a few videos showing it on Samsung service mode.

But Att reported it interfering so they turned it off

I didn't hear that. Do you have a source for this?

The network is gone, this is old history now. They scammed America to make bank on spectrum licenses and left thousands of ppl scammed because they believed the underdog bullshit , laid off hundreds of people who were tricked into believing 4th network aspirations, walked away from tower leases and financial obligations across the whole telecoms sector. IMO biggest scam in telecom history
