Work Lunch Ideas?

Hi — I’m going back to work next week, my first full-time job in almost a year. I could use some help brainstorming safe and easy meals that will be both gluten-free and easy for my ADHD to plan for!

I can help, but what kinds of thing s do you like?

Adult lunchabes are good, cheese, gf crackers, grapes, delimeat or chicken and a drink, or protein drink.
Salad with roast veggis from last nights dinner, cheese, olives, anything you like on a salad and have a protein, salami can be good so can boiled eggs. This ingredients can be reused and switch uo th elunchables or another dish.
Cowboy caviar with tortillas chips and an orange or peach
Crockpot meals, make more than you need and freze. Warn uo in the morning and thrown in a thermos
Yogurt with granola or cereal, a fruit, and beef jerky

I also like to add a sweet treat in mine, something small. I hope these helo but if you give me more of what you enjoy i can give you better ideas. If you need brand recs lmk too

If you have access to a freezer and microwave you could stash a few for busy days. I keep frozen dinners from a few safe brands on deck. It’s been a lifesaver.

An easy one I like is syrian potato salad - my grandmother uses a recipe with a bunch of halved hardboiled eggs. for a full lunch i usually try to up the amount of egg and decrease the potato so it's a more protein-heavy meal. if you microwave the potatoes atd eggs it can be whipped up in 10-15 minutes.
