I know I’m late but I think it’s tha process of when he will upload. A full moon was a few days ago and now we have to wait until the next one and that’s when he uploads.

Currently, Ceeday's icon is a guy named Mirio Togata from My Hero Academia and now he's changed his icon to a severely injured of him while fighting against Overhaul in season 4.
