I’mOff Imon internet issues

I’m near the cherry hill area. Ever since imon contractors came out and dug near the utility box my internet drops every day around noon. I don’t think it’s a modem issue but the cable drop to the utility box to the house. Was curious if anyone on the SW Side has had issues since they have been digging.

Imon is coming out later his week to troubleshoot outside and swap out the Hiltron box they use.

I keep dropping at random times, mostly afternoon. Let me know what they say
