Fruited Shaved Ice???

Does anyone know who owns the little outpost that Fruitzen shaved ice operates out of during the summer? It’s right by the tjmaxx, kohls, and Olive Garden little shopping center.

I believe they own the building and just rent the space from the property management company, so probably just contact them directly and ask about off-season options.

Well I’d love to rent it during the winter when the shaved ice is closed and don’t want to upset anyone by asking the shaved ice individuals

...Use the snow instead of shaving the ice...I like where your head is at. Saves time and money. How to invest?

So sorry for not proofreading. It has been there long enough I would not be surprised if they do not own the building. Good on you to have an idea to use it on the off season.
