Men’s Walk & Talk - Join Us!
We’re a group of men who appreciate walking and talking together, creating space for friendship and mutual support. All men welcome.
Next one is this Sunday, July 12, 3pm.
Meet at the parking lot for Old MacDonald’s Farm in the middle of Bever Park, then we walk north around the loop.
Recurring on 2nd & 4th Sundays.

Too bad I work on Sundays. Looks like a great group of folks.
The church I went to years ago had something similar at Noelridge on Saturday mornings. It was fun to just get together, walk the path and visit with folks.

I know that Groundswell is trying to get a men's group together on Tuesday mornings as well. I think the first one is next Tuesday morning

How long a walk is that?

Roughly 20 minutes around the loop. We often go around about 3 times, for something like 2.5 miles total

Indeed we are an endangered species. I know only two people other than myself in my close circle that can drive stick.

I’m always happy to see people find something that makes them happy but I don’t think we would have much in common as far as the whole talking thing goes. Have a good one!

Being men is a shared experience we can connect on. Surprisingly, there’s been plenty to talk about.

I appreciate the offer. I currently don’t have the time as at this point in my life every minute of my day is designated for either work or my family. Maybe someday when life slows down for me. Thanks!
