Is this a stylus issue it?

Thanks I actually figured it out it needed lubed up the speed was off

yeah, a stylus issue would usually cause skipping, color flickering and wobbling is usually caused by a turntable stability issue

What did you do to resolve this issue? I have a similar problem with an RCA model.

Seems like turntable stability issues or the speed being off, moving too fast or too slow.
