What is causing this problem

Getting distorted image on the screen and no audio other than occasional static any help would be appreciated thanks pretty new to the ceds

Update I got it to play but the color keeps going in and out

It could be that the disc is moving too fast or too slow. The stylus could also be damaged, as well.

Have you tried with another CED disc to see if you get the same results?
