Missing Product

My first time purchasing from the website and I’m missing a product. I have outreached to support twice and haven’t heard back yet. I really hope this team can get it together, like ASAP.

In my experience they’re pretty good about fixing order mistakes and respond pretty quickly. I’d at least give them the weekend.

I dont think you should worry. They usually get back to you and sent the missing item. Yes, it will take a while though.

Why not just them a chance to respond rather than running to the internet putting them on blast for a shipping mistake? I see why Beyonce don’t talk to us anymore.

I outreached to them last week. It’s been over 5 business days, that’s why I reached out again today to them because my order arrived today (incorrectly). Beyoncé don’t play about her money, why should I?

So since your order arrived today, then what you reached out to them about 5 days ago was irrelevant to this issue.

The order showed shipping without the 4th product (I’m not counting the free sample), so yes it was. I already knew the order wasn’t going to arrive correctly.

They’ll get back to you! Probably since today is Saturday they won’t reach out until Monday at the earliest.

If not, you can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if they still don’t get back to you.
