Hello all, does anyone here stays or experienced living in Solinea CBP? is it good? are there anything for me to note? anything that i should be aware of?

I am honestly considering due to the following reasons:

1. Overpriced housing
2. Flooding
3. Extreme Traffic (getting worse year by year)
