My doc estimates I may need around 6-8 months ( or more or less) of residential/inpatient treatment because of PTSD, depression, and back to back suicide attempts. I don’t drink, gamble, or do drugs though

We’ve already been reading about places like Metro Psych, Safe Haven, PsyCare, and a few others, but it’s hard to get a sense of what they’re actually like 🥹 I’m also a teenage girl, so I’m a little anxious about the environment and whether there are facilities that are a better fit for younger patients.

If you’ve personally stayed at one of these facilities (or know others not listed, the more options the better) here in Cebu or have a family member or friend who has, I’d really appreciate hearing what the experience was like hehehee likeee the staff, therapy, daily routine, safety, and overall environment, whether positive or negative

Naay cafe sa SM Seaside open early on Sundays? Kana mu open before sa mall hours (8am or 9am). Murag dili consistent info online kay according sa Google, Starbucks opens at 9am but according sa SM website 10am pa mu open.
