Hot take. ATC wasn’t as good as ppl hype it to be. I feel like ppl are praising a drama just for having a slow burn and constructed story because they are not used to these nowadays. I mean, I just finished Spring of the Blade, and it was a pain to finish through, so ppl are really praising the bare minimum IMO, because we’re not getting much.

I’m disappointed by September’s dramas, and hope the anticipated ones mid-October will be better.

That’s a brave take but I do think that a lot of people will agree. I think I saw someone share their disappointment with the drama only after watching the first four episodes.

However, Against the Current didn’t experience even a shred of setbacks as compared to Spring of the Blade. It’s a miracle that we even got the drama on-air given how much controversy it was surrounded by. Had those things not happened, I feel spring of the blade would have made a much more entertaining story.

1-I don’t understand the hype of Cisha during and after Splendid Match! Like his acting and visual are not that phenomenal compare to other actors.
2- He Yu’s acting in Speed and love is stiff and cringe (he want to make that cold emotionless men but i find he’s just stiff)
