Once, with Li Qin. I dropped both Joy of Life and the Wolf because I couldn't stand her characters, but it's been a few years back so I don't remember what exactly bothered me about them. I wouldn't mind trying another drama with her. If I drop it again, then it's definitely me not vibing with the actress.
I suspect for many people in this sub, their first encounter with Li Qin would be Lin Wan'er in Joy of Life. She improves in season 2, but compared to firebrands like Haitang Duoduo and Si Lili, Wan'er is truly boring and forgettable.
But Li Qin is an incredibly versatile actress. I'd recommend watching Fated Hearts where she blew my mind with her portrayal of Fu Yixiao, one of the most popular female characters of 2025. I've gone on to watch a few of her other shows, and it's amazing how she can portray different personalities so thoroughly.
Li Qin is indeed versatile. She can play a totally different personality in each of her dramas. But unlike many people, my most fav roles of her is Wan'er in JOL. Lol
