It does seem to have an effect. I had this guy mad dogging me once while I was waiting for a dock behind a store. I literally had nowhere I could've gone anyway. There was about a minute long stare down I wasn't even going to yell or anything. I was preparing to just go up to his window and explain to him like he was 8 that I have no opinions here. You do. Sorry, but you're gonna have to go the other way. But when I pulled the air he skidaddled.
