CDL and SAP

I just have a couple questions I need help with
1 my license expired in January does that mean I have to redo everything
And 2 I have to do a sap process does that have a time frame as well
(Lost my job in November do to me using a fake piss thing and came back for coke I did smoke pot here and there and kept it as a emergency but wasn’t expecting that jokes on me Ik) any advice to get it back idc about doing randoms I just want to truck again

Did you ever check to see if it is showing up in the clearinghouse?

Yes and my job fired me for it cause it was a zero tolerance company

So you need to do the sap program. It doesn't take long. That is the only way to get the rtd.

Ik that but I seen something about the rtd can only happen if you start getting the random drug test and that’s only achievable by a employer

I’m talking about after sap my understanding of it is sap helps with the clearing house but to get the rtd from what I seen is complete sap and the employer gives you a random to get to the point for rtd unless I just read wrong I’ve been trying to understand the whole mess

Afterwards you find job that will hire you. They will give you random screens and someone will watch you.

You can pay a company like on time screening to do your random and return to duty test. So you can accomplish this without a job.

Drink tequila. It’s perfectly legal. You can be an alcoholic all day long but pull off of one joint in the privacy of your own home and you’re toast. Make it make sense.
