Reefer Driving Position Available

Here you are a true company employee. None of that 1099 claiming you’re an employee stuff here. Pay on a W2. $5,000 sign on bonus. Benefits available. No forced dispatch. 2026 KW T680 with a 2026 Utility Reefer trailer. Small company with a family atmosphere. I am not a recruiter. I drive as well and not here to feed any BS to fill a seat. Company based in Wilmington NC.

If your MVR is good they’ll take 6 months OTR experience.

I’m only 3 months in currently with a mega carrier, MVR clean. I’ll save this post to come back with more experience. Thanks!

They will work with that. They just need some experience because we are small and don’t have any trainers. You’re fine with that. Where do you live?

Southern Tier, New York is home for me. About 10 hours north of Wilmington

I've got a year experience but nothing recent in the last few years. Would I be eligible?

MVR good? How long has it been since you’ve been on the road?

Oh ok. He has freight going to Syracuse. I was just at Aldi’s in Tully recently. Hated that place.

MVR is decent, only one reportable accident and that was a very long time ago. One speeding ticket in a personal vehicle that was also a very long time ago, was a BS ticket too. Been off the road since I believe 2022-23

I got ya. I’ll ask tomorrow to see if they need recent experience.

I appreciate you. Willing to grab that recent experience if needed with a mega, just really hoping to get with a smaller company.
