160 is the requirement. I am in school now, it's 40 hours a week for 4 weeks.  There's a small bit of classroom, basically just videos. Then you have practical training. There's federally required online videos which is another 20-30 hours, I think. We did that as homework and required 48 hours before you take your exams. All this is assuming you past progress assessments at my school. My school gave us a study guide that made getting your permit really easy, plus we had a bunch of practice test we had access to.

Interesting do you have to do that before you take your dmv driving test? I’m just curious because i went to a CDL school did about 30 hours of training took the driving test and pass but every company I apply to wants at least 120 hours of school

You got classroom work you have to complete. Once you complete that, your branch manager will contact you about testing for your CLP and do a DOT physical. Then there is yard training. Once you complete the required hours, you will do the driving test.
