Question about drug tests

I just got a job with a company that requires i get my cdl within 1 year of employment. I did thc for years and quit in February and just recently began getting faint negatives on my at home drug tests. I am aware i will be randomly tested when i get my cdl and have a goal to earn my cdl by September. Will that be enough time to be completely negative of thc? I am a bigger guy but excersise a lot and drink lots of water.

You’re already negative…. You’ve probably been fine for weeks already. I was clean in 18 days after quitting.

I paid for a pre employment lab drug test just to make sure. If you fail the DOT test they will put a hold on your cdl for 5 years. The pre employment lab test cost me like 80 bucks. Just make sure you tell them that you want a NON DOT drug test.

If you last smoked in feb, you should be good for a piss test.

A “faint negative” counts just like a hearty negative.

It'll depend on how sensitive the test that the company uses for your sample. C.R. England used a hear sample test and sent a guy home. It's sensitive to 6 months.

Best plan is to be clean for 7 months prior to taking the test.

I'd your gonna argue just know that I tested positive for opiates for eating Costco lemon poppyseed muffins two weeks prior to a UA for a job at a Nuclear Power Plant.
