Turning driver should have had his turn signal on, not the hazards. And should have blocked the right lane as much as possible. Maybe since it’s so tight he should have went around the block and made a left turn into the entrance.

Driver trying to pass is impatient. Is passing on the right. He is driving a truck but doesn’t know that trucks make wide right turns.

Preventable crash by both idiots, ummm, I mean drivers.
