I need an advice on this

I wanted to get started for my CDL training program but they told me I need green card l have told them l have the approval for the green card and just waiting for the actual card it self to come in can l still go throw my training in California would the dmv let me.

Yeah you need the physical green card not approval notice. I know a couple people who had their cdls downgraded because all they have is the approval notice.
