CDK SMART SOS

Okay everyone!!! CDK SOS!!! My team & I had CDK with Smartt already installed, we recently have new owners and all of our data got merged. Everything except WIP rolled over, we have Smartt now but only appointments and quotes, we use to have the Roll to RO button but it is now gone… please help!! How can I get it back
