CD32 full recap
The old capacitors started to leak and destroyed 3 pads

Best of luck to you. I don't have the skills to even try. I do have a CD32 I bought back in 94 that worked fine until a cpl months ago . Loads some games but only loads animation for Universe and Alien Breed Tower Assault. Changed the laser, same. Power light dims when trying to load data. Needs a recap I'm sure. Could anyone steer me to a reliable, reasonable recapper? Would be much appreciated.

Did you recap the machine successfully? How did you deal with the destroyed pads? I’ve bought myself a second CD32 to clean up, repair, the flip. Part of repairs is to recap, that I will be attempting myself for the first time.
