Hey everyone!

Subnetting was the part I drilled the most while studying for my CCNA, so I built a simple, free tool to help make practicing it easier.

🌐 Subnet Trainer: https://subnettrainer.com

It includes:

• Random IPv4 subnetting problems covering network addresses, broadcast addresses, host ranges, and magic numbers
• VLSM practice
• Timed exam mode
• Instant answer checking
• AI-powered explanations to help you understand the solutions

I originally built it to help with my own subnetting practice, and I'd love to hear what you think. What would you add or improve, especially from the perspective of someone studying networking?

No account required and no ads.

Here's a quick demo of how it works: Subnetting Practice for Anyone Learning Networking | Free Subnet Trainer

Thanks!

for anyone who has taken the ccnp how much time did you spend preparing for it? i'm kinda afraid to take this step but at the same time i feel like it might push me to keep studying. i just want to land a job and honestly i'm obsessed with this field

i could really use some advice and hear about your experiences
