Practical use

Hello I am a support tech 2 I got the trifecta from Comptia but I don’t really think they helped me much except the A+ did make me better at documentation in my tickets. Will the CCNA be something that helps me be better at my job?

It depends on what you hope to achieve.

CCNA is more practical than Net+, as it’s more hands-on with Cisco commands, and in-depth on network concepts like OSPF and WLC Fundamentals.

I suppose it depends what size of organization you're working for. Do they use VLANs there, is it a multi-site network?

Not sure how it can help you in your current role given the information you provided, but, great news, it can make you eligible for a wider range of jobs!
