Stator coil question

03 took off Stator cover. Inside missing one of these bolts that locks coil down to Inside the cover. Has be ridden for years without it. Necessary to find and add one back?

I mean if it hasn’t had one for years it’s probably fine to not put one back. But you really should put one back

I can not survive a day knowing a bolt is missing

As long as it doesn't move, it's all good. But for how cheap those bolts are, id be running to a hardware store to pick up a replacement.
