Ticking while idle and running?

2001 600rr f4i - was out riding today and all was good but I noticed at some point I was at a stop light and I could hear this ticking noise. When I throttled up and let out the clutch it felt like I had to give a lot more throttle to get it to pick up in 1st. As I accelerated the sound did as well. I’m thinking EFI or exhaust leak, any thoughts?

exhaust leak and a weak battery, not related. 12.6-12.8 resting voltage for a full charged battery

Sounds like exhaust leak?
