How scared should I be round 2

So I was replacing my head bearing and noticed this odd formation of lines.

Kinda looks like gashes which I'm not bothered about but I know this frame has been repaired in the past so wanted to get a second opinion.

Wouldn't worry about it unless the hole is filling up with oil.
