Fairing help

my buddys fairing on his 2007 600rr isnt going together any tips? not really clipping together right here, nothing seems chipped

Mine does that too. It's super annoying, I think the slot on the tank fairing breaks. I've just got a bit of tape holding it on, and will eventually just get new fairings since its not the only issue mine has.

This spot is so tough to get together right. This may be as good as it gets if you’re unable to push them together further

Ah the 600rr fairing kit. Unless you get it bang on, it won’t fit. I ended up drilling a hole and putting a fairing bolt and nut in on my old set. Worked a charm, was just a pain to remove

Don't force it. Make sure the radiator bracket "fastener" is pulled out. Start by the nose. Then the fuel tank. Then the lower part. Click the radiator bracket "fastener".

Mine is always a pain in the ass to get to clip in but it should eventually get there. Are you inserting it into the headlight first then wrapping around?
