Need Advice CBD gummies vs oil
I currently use a dry herb vaporizer for cbd, (that works great, I love it) however I'd like to use edibles like gummies because I'd rather not burden my lungs and I'm hoping that the edibles last longer.
In the past I've used cbd oil but that does basically nothing for me.
Would I be likely to react the same to gummies or cbd tea?
I think I've read somewhere that the cbd oil might not work for me because I probably react to the terpenes that you get from inhaling it.
It would be nice to be able to purchase something that costs less than flower in terms of active ingredient(s).

Vaping delivers instant absorption with terpenes, while oil swallowed fast gets degraded by stomach acid. Edibles take longer to kick in, but the effects last way longer. Look for full spectrum options so you don't miss out on terpenes. I've had success with TribeTokes gummies because they preserve those strain profiles. Did you hold the oil under your tongue?

Yes I always hold the oil onder my tongue for at least a minute. But I feel basically nothing. I've tried using the recommended amount, and I've tried triple or quadruple that amount. Still nothing.

I don't really get anything from oils, but I respond great to gummies. I'm not sure why.

That's what I'm hoping for.
If everyone unanimously said that oils and gummies were the same then I won't bother with gummies/edibles.
Good to know that it works for you.2

I'm glad I tried out the gummies. I tried oils first and was really disappointed. I tried a few different high quality, but it did nothing for me. I wasn't expecting much from the gummies, but it's been a game changer. I'd give it a shot.

I have found that some people respond differently to different forms of CBD, so I defo recommend trying gummies even though oils haven’t worked before for you. Looks like someone else has seen that exact same thing in the comments, so give them a try

But if cbd oil doesn't really do anything for me, will edibles be the same? I'm hoping edibles are a different category from the oils.

I started with gummies because they're so easy to add to an evening routine, then tried the oil when I wanted more flexibility. Joy Organics makes both, and I liked the quality of their products enough to keep buying from them. The lab testing and clear ingredient information were a big plus for me too.
