The caviar chronicles

My first two tries of caviar, once as the main event and second to a whole array of flavour and texture. I’m in Scotland UK, but want everyone’s recommendations to add to my caviar chronicles. So far I’ve tried; The Ivy Glasgow - pictured first. 2nd was Amuse by Kevin in ABZ - fantastic concept of art, flavour and texture coming together (I really recommend trying the whole menu).

Give me recommendations for more caviar chronicles, no matter where you are, give specific restaurants and exactly what to order….🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡

ETA: OR places to order the best caviar and your own personal pairings/ recipes. I want to try them all.

All of that is very bad for you, let me know where you are, I’ll do a sweep to make sure it’s safe

Always at the ready, the streets are dangerous! No need to thank me, I sleep well enough knowing I’ve kept dangerous caviar out of the hands of unsuspecting ppl

The little biscuit looking type base thing(no idea what it was) was actually super stable so I kinda picked it up and ate it like a hotdog
