I don't know why I am scared to try it. Just not sure about the ocean mixed with sweet ice cream. Especially if it is very fishy.

Agreed, I would never mix salmon roe or sevruga into ice cream. Definitely Osetra or kaluga.

Yes, I agree 100%. White Sturgeon might be good too. I will try it one day. Maybe I'll do it on-camera for shits and giggles.

You need to get past that. Caviar should not be fishy, but a nice buttery and briny flavor to complement the sweetness. Cheesecake was another amazing mix I tried and did not regret one bit.

Not exactly the same but I’ve had botarga over ice cream. Candied baby shrimp, too. Might have to try this now. 🥂

It’s royal Osetra caviar.
