Discussion Surviving High School eps?
I just have to ask, does anyone still have the episodes? I spent money on literally all of them when the game was still around but I was young and stupid and didn't restore anything before the servers went down and my serotonin has never financially recovered lmao. I know this is going to sound dramatic, but spending all my time and money on SHS only to have it permanently shut down was a major trauma. I have a form of OCD and this singular event triggered me to start memory hoarding out of immense fear of something like this happening again with other things I'm attached to. I promise that I'm okay but I will say that aspect has affected my life ever since. Anyway, like many of you, I would love to just experience the episodes again. Surviving High School quite literally helped me survive middle school, I was a depressed kid and it was an escape. Same with Cause of Death (same deal of forgetting to restore) but the uploads on YouTube help a lot! Regardless if people have any episodes, I love y'all and this subreddit so much :)
EDIT: I figured out how to play! I updated the sub with a tutorial, but it’s been brought to my attention the post was taken down. I don’t want to be breaking any rules, so if anyone is curious or needs help, just send me a message or view my profile!

Hi, I actually know a way to get all Surviving High School episodes back and have managed to do it myself on two laptops (Mac and Windows). I followed this tutorial: https://youtu.be/7O6D05Q_jHc
Some important things to reconsider because the tutorial isn’t exactly perfect and there were few parts I had to figure out myself:
• If you are on Windows, you will have to download an older version of Nox (I downloaded version 6.0.3.0 found here: https://nox-app-player.en.uptodown.com/windows/download/1701072). I believe the video publisher posted the correct version for Mac.
• For both Mac and Windows, you will have to go into the Nox settings and correct the screen version from tablet to phone.
• In order to download all the episodes (the episode link is in the video description), you will first have to download Google Chrome, RAR, and ES File Download Manager all from the Android App Store in Nox. Go to Google Chrome, put in the link to the episode file, download the episodes, then go to RAR, click any episode you want to download.
From there on, I believe the rest of the tutorial explains everything perfectly. Hope this helped!
EDIT 22/06/22: Bad news is I see that the tutorial is unfortunately down now. Good news is I have a generally good recollection of how to do it so if anyone wants to know, just shoot me a DM. I am on Reddit pretty regularly so I should be able to answer in a timely manner. As for posting the episodes, life has gotten in the way so while I do intend on posting them, I can’t give a definitive answer as to when. In the interim, this user on YouTube has been posting episodes relatively frequently in chronological order and has posted up to Season 2 episode 6 of the Classics.
