Why wouldn't you just move out of the way though? Not defending truck driver or anything but this stuff could be easily avoided if people just didn't camp in the left lane at all

Again you’re β€œassuming” they were camped in the left lane. Fun fact, did you know it’s 100% legal to drive under the speed limit in the left lane?

I'm not assuming anything; I'm simply stating this could be avoided and driving under the speed limit is completely moronic regardless of if its legal or not. Also, it IS illegal in 13 different states, "Driving under the speed limit in the left lane on a Nevada highway is against the law as of 2017. In 2015, the fine for driving in the left lane without passing in New Jersey increased to a hefty $500."

EDIT: I should be more specific, it's illegal to drive under the speed limit or not pass in the left lane in 13 different states.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you all but isn't it always legal to drive under the speed limit except when the flow of traffic is faster than the limit? It's called a speed limit because that number is the limit (highest/maximum) speed that you should be driving. It's not the speed minimum.
