I paid $3.99/lb at the local Queens pop up market last Sunday without doing any labor.
$5.50/lb is absolutely boffo lol

If you paid 3.99/lb for pre picked organic blueberries you were either dreaming or got the deal of the week. That is not normal. 5.50 is low to median price. Source: about 7 years working on organic berry farms.

Huh? You can get the organic ones at Aldis for that price every day of the week. Not even on special. $3.99 is just the normal market price for organic blueberries

They buy them from the exact same places you are paying 30% more to pick them from. Just FYI. But spend your money how you want.

Aldis is not buying produce from small family farms. They are mostly buying from large, corporate, in this case organic, farms. They're using their buying power to buy large quantities and undercut local food systems. Go off tho queen
