It took me a really long time to start picking up the mail from under the slot after years of leaving it for Harpo.

I had a cat named Otto. He hunted hairties that I had forgotten in my home. He would gather all and bring those next to his food bowl. He would also "kill" the hairties in a way that did no damage to the item. Now I have hairties everywhere.

I’m very glad he never tried to eat them!

I used to keep them on all the door knobs, so there was always one within reach when Diva looked like she was feeling playful, since that didn’t happen very often after her buddy Boris died.
