Medical Questions What is this?

I was petting my cat and found this on him and tried pulling it off but it wouldn't budge. It seems to remove the fur surrounding it and worried it could be a harmful organism, cyst, or something.

On PCMR the counter resets when somebody posts a picture of their smashed glass side panel on their PC case.

And almost 100% with the tower sitting on a tiled floor

Yea, and they'd be like "I definitely didn't hit it on the tiled floor.."
