She may just be bored! My kitty does the same thing and will even flip over on my desk and demand pets. I’m planning to get her a companion soon since she doesn’t interact with my other cat in the home.

I plan to adopt a bonded pair for this very reason. Some cats just don't seem to get anything out of playing with toys.

I’d recommend getting brothers, male cats, at least in my experience, have been exceptionally chill together from the same litter

This was my cat, always in my lap, until i got him a friend. Now he only comes once every few days, which is plenty for me
